Job Summary :
The main responsibilities focus on Br communication, new product launch , consumer promotion etc.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for bring strategy/pricing/ distribution to achieve market penetration share objectives. Differentiate the br to form up perception as most professional, reliable, premium to consumers.
2. Develop , tracking optimize consumer promotion, consumer education etc . to achieve business objective.
3. Design br exposure material for OTC channel( merchising, POSM, consumer education material, etc) promoter program (education, training incentive planning etc)
4. Work with agency together to draft ute br communication media plan
5. Timely competitor ours br sales performance for management decision making purposes
6. Keep effective communication with other department including sales, finance, legal, supply chain, regulatory, etc.
7. Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager
8. Conducts business in full compliance to Behavior in Business Behavior in Competitors.
Basic Requirements of the Job :
Education
At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or relative major
Experience :
4-5 years solid working experiences of consumer br management , better to have OTC product experienc
Skillful at managing cooperative agency including creative agency, media agency, promotion agency etc
Strong br development experience
Sales, trade-marketing experience is preferred
Skillful at communicating cooperating with sales team.
Specific Knowledge & Qualifications :
1. Proficiency in both spoken written English
2. Good comm of MS office
3. Product & marketing expertise
